At the recent SLA Conference, Chris Kenneally discovered that there’s more to research on the Web than just “Google-ing.” He spoke with Marcy Phelps, the new president of the Association of Independent Information Professionals, along with her AIIP colleague Linda Rink.
Businesses “think that they can just go online and dabble around, and that’s not the case,” Phelps warns.
