In today’s program we present the final segement of a three part series from the Miami Book Fair International on Reporting Iraq (published last month by Melville House).
The panel, moderated by Christopher Kenneally, Director of Author & Creator Relations, CCC, takes questions from the audience and provides additional insight into their experiences reporting the Iraq War.
Kenneally is joined by Jane Arraf, a freelance NBC News correspondent, Mike Hoyt, the executive editor of Columbia Journalism Review, and Colonel Daniel Baggio, Chief of Army Media Relations, assigned to the Office of the Chief of Army Public Affairs at the Pentagon.
This podcast was originally recorded at the Miami Book Fair International on November 10th at the Dade College Miami FL.
On November 27, the Project for Excellence in Journalism released findings from a survey of journalists reporting from Iraq that strongly echo the accounts in Reporting Iraq. The survey is available at www.journalism.org/node/8621
