		<description>Yes. a war? a good analogy, but what is a burst in technology there are hindrances. Art in the 20th Century was about changing ideas. This is not just painting. Its graphic design!

1./ prevention is the best form of protection.
2./ Keep contacts in you iPhone of civil lawyers.
3./ Avoid posting to sites who do not pay cash if you care. If you care seek real work with real firms not freelance work.
4./ Catching a thief is tough, exhibit in galleries not the internet, see rule 1.</description>
